Counting down...

We are feeling so excited. Our trip is coming up so quickly. We can not wait. We only have 24 days until we leave for Mexico. That isn't a very long time for everything that has to be done between now and then, but we are just taking things one day at a time.

God is answering our prayers and keeping us focused. We have gotten some really sweet notes of encouragment and we are so thankful for those who are praying for us. We have received the kids passports and everything is final there. The kids have just a few more days of school -- that is something that we are ready to check off the list of "things to be DONE".

As far as our budget: We currently have $1,700.00 in the Mexico account. We know of a couple other contributions that are on their way. After those have been considered, it looks like we are down to about $2,000.00 that would still be needed. God is helping us so far with our budget and we are confident that He will help us get what we need. Again, thank you to those who have given.

This blog will be part of our lives while we are in Mexico. We hope to keep you all updated with pictures of things that are being done while we are there.
