Our kids have really enjoyed living beside the pastor's family and playing with them. The language barrier does not stop them at all. They are playing here in the little open space between my house and where the pastor's family lives.

While the guys have been working in the village of La Boca, Melodie and I tackled the huge job of organizing all her scrapbook items that she uses with the ladies outreach. We touched every single item and they are now ready and waiting to be used.

The rest of these pictures are taken at the village where Nathan is currently working in La Boca. I think they are self-explanatory basically. You can see that the outside of the building is damaged in places. They are taking off the spots that are the worst and replacing it with new. They are drawing and carrying all their own water and mixing all the cement by hand.

Lots and lots of work is being accomplished here in the village of La Boca this week. The guys are leaving early every morning and working hard all day in the very hot sun. It is an hour drive one way. They are tired. Pray for their strength and safety.

  2. Thanks for the update. I can't wait to show our kids these photos. What a great experience for your entire family! I like the comment by Jada that she will speak English in Sunday school. ;) Todd said he can only imagine the HEAT those guys are working in. Keep them hydrated!
